Troy WalliserLead Pastor
Troy came to Lookout Valley in August, 2007. He is married to Amy and together they have five children: Aubrey, Ashley, Trent, Amber, and Trevor. Before coming to LVBC Troy served in churches in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. Troy is a graduate of Temple Seminary.
What is your favorite Scripture?
Colossians 1:13, "He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son."
In your opinion, what is the best movie ever made?
Lord of the Rings Trilogy
If you could use one word to describe yourself what would it be?
Loved

Who has had the most profound influence on your life (besides Jesus)?
My Dad — a wonderful example of a Christian father and husband.
If you could speak any other language other than English what would it be and why?
German. I’m half Swiss and would love to be able to communicate better with my family in Switzerland.
What drives you to be the person you are?
The Gospel.
What are your hobbies?
Playing music, home improvement projects
If you could spend an entire day with any one person, dead or alive, who would it be?
My wife, an entire day of us alone together is rare.
What issue in the world today is closest to your heart?
1.8 Billion people with no access to the Gospel.
If you could say one thing to the Body of Christ, what would it be?
Be nice.
Greg SteeleAssociate Pastor/Youth
Greg is on his second "tour of duty" with LVBC. He is married to Donna and they have two children, Natalie and Cole. Before coming to LVBC for this tour, Greg served as an associational missionary with the Hamilton County Baptist Association. Greg is a graduate of Southwestern Seminary.

David Brackett and my parents

Commitment to the calling of Jesus Christ

Riding four wheelers, hanging out with my family, sports, yard work

Whatever is happening at that particular time; not big in the news scene.

We can do more together that we can apart.
Tim CookMinister of Worship Arts
Tim is our newest staff member coming to us in February of 2009. He is newly married to Jill. As a "PK" he's been around ministry his whole life and most recently served in worship and youth positions in churches in Chattanooga and Cleveland, TN. He is a graduate of Lee University.

Who has had the most profound influence on your life (besides Jesus)?
My Dad and Mom — the upbringing I had in a minister's home was eternally "priceless."
If you could speak any other language other than English what would it be and why?
Spanish — I know just enough to be dangerous!
What drives you to be the person you are?
Other than the obvious... Jesus, it would be integrity. Without it, we lose all credibility.
What are your hobbies?
Reading, golfing, real estate

King David — THE man after God's own heart.
What issue in the world today is closest to your heart?
The demise of the family unit in America.

Don't neglect our own while attempting to reach the world.
