Troy was born and raised in Wimauma, Florida, a small community southeast of Tampa. He is a graduate of Southwest Bible College and Temple Baptist Theological Seminary. Before coming to LVBC, Troy served full time in three other churches in the states of Tennessee, Florida, and Georgia. He has served as an Associate Pastor, Minister to Students, and Minister of Education. This is his 18th year as the Lead Pastor of LVBC. Troy is married to Amy, and they have 5 children, and 4 grandchildren. In his spare time, Troy enjoys writing and recording music in his home studio.

Greg is our newest staff member, joining LVBC in 2026. Before coming to Lookout Valley, he helped plant and lead Outpost Community Church in Cody, Wyoming, where he faithfully served for several years. Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Liberty University and completed a fellowship through the Watermark Institute. He and his wife, Bonnie, have three children: Olivia, Tripp, and Boone. Greg is passionate about helping people find their identity in Christ and has often shared about his own faith journey and how God transformed his life. In his spare time, he enjoys running and hiking.
